Return Policy
To ensure client satisfaction, all our fixtures and items are inspected and tested in-store at the time of purchase. This ensures the physical condition of the luminaire meets and exceeds the client’s expectations. Additionally, to further increase our client’s confidence in purchasing from Edison’s Lighting, all our lighting fixtures are warrantied against manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days.
In the rare event of your chosen lighting fixture not fulfilling your design goals, returns are facilitated within 7 days from purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact the location where the purchase was made and provide us with any one of the following:
- Invoice Number
- Customer Name
- Telephone Number
In this circumstance, the fixture and all accessories must be returned UNUSED AND UNINSTALLED, in the original packaging. A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% WILL BE APPLIED.
Clients can then choose:
- A store credit to be applied to their future purchases
- Refund via cheque
- Electronic Refund
Please note that the time frame to process electronic refunds is controlled solely by the banking institutions, and not Edison’s Lighting.
CERTAIN ITEMS UNFORTUNATELY, CANNOT BE RETURNED. THESE INCLUDE DISPLAY ITEMS, FIXTURES THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, SPECIALLY ORDERED, OR CUSTOM MADE BY CLIENT REQUEST.
Bulbs and L.E.D Downlights are warrantied for two years from the date of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
